Our manufacturing partner operates a state-of-the-art 225-metre kiln, firing tiles at 1,180°C for 50 minutes. Furthermore, the facility runs 5D inkjet printing with 8-channel colour accuracy. Consequently, every tile you receive meets exact specification — with zero variation between production batches.

In addition, ultra-fine 320-mesh glaze spraying and automated packaging lines maintain consistency across every run. As a result, Industry 4.0 production standards are met across all 12 of our tile collections — giving developers the technical reliability their projects demand.
